Green Sea Floyds Boys and Girls Cross Country traveled to Latta on Tuesday, Sept. 4, for a four-team meet. Both Green Sea Floyds boys and girls took home first place. The teams that participated in this meet were Green Sea Floyds, Andrews, Marion and Latta.

Team scores for the boys four-team meet were, first place going to Green Sea Floyds, 20; second place, Andrews, 86; third place, Marion, 106; fourth place, Latta, with an incomplete score.

The top 10 runners for the boys were, first place, Thomas Allen, Latta, 19:40; second place, Jackson Jeter, Green Sea Floyds, 21:50; third place, Josh Gore, Green Sea Floyds, 22:21; fourth place, Cael Keinast, Green Sea Floyds, 23:20; fifth place, Gage Floyd, Green Sea Floyds 24:04, sixth place, Mason Williams, Green Sea Floyds 24:21; seventh place, JaRonn Alex, Green Sea Floyds, 24:54; eighth place, Logan Thomas, Andrews, 25:13; ninth place, Alexis Martinez, Andrews, 25:45; 10th place, Lake Berry, 25:46.

Team scores for the girls were, first place, Green Sea Floyds, 25; second place, Andrews, 32; third place, Marion, 106; fourth place, Marion, who had an incomplete score.

Top five runners for the girls were, first place, Kelli Evans, Andrews, 27:05; second Brooklyn Sawyer, Green Sea Floyds, 27:56; third place, Tania Alvarado, Green Sea Floyds, 31:18; fifth place Kerri Brown, Andrews, 31:27.

On Thursday, Green Sea Floyds traveled to East Clarendon for their last meet of the week. This was a five-team meet. Both girls and boys cross country brought home first place again.

The five teams who participated in this meet in East Clarendon were, Green Sea Floyds, Hannah Pamplico, Andrews, East Clarendon and Manning.

Team scores for the boys were, first place, Green Sea Floyds, 30; second place Hannah Pamplico, 86; third place, Andrews, 104; fourth place, East Clarendon, 111; and Manning had an incomplete score.

The top 10 runners were, first place, Sebastian Dozier, Manning, 18:48; second place, Jackson Jeter, Green Sea Floyds, 20:06; third place, Price Bailey, Manning, 21:20; fourth place; Cael Kienast, Green Sea Floyds, 21:54, fifth place, Calvin Bailey, Manning, 22:08; sixth place, Gage Floyd, Green Sea Floyds, 22:09; seventh place, Mason Williams, Green Sea Floyds, 22:45; eighth place, Zander Poston, Hannah Pamplico, 22:50; ninth place, Michael Burke, East Clarendon, 22:57; 10th place, Alexis Martinez, Andrews, 23:35.

Green Sea Floyds girls cross country also won first place in this meet. Same teams participated.

Teams scores for the girls are, first place, Green Sea Floyds, 22; second place, Andrews, 51; third place, East Clarendon, 96; Hannah Pamplico and Manning had incomplete score.

Top five runners were, first place, Kirsten Causey, Green Sea Floyds, 28:29; second place, Tania Alvarado, Green Sea Floyds, 28:32, third place, Brooklyn Sawyer, Green Sea Floyds, 29:02; fourth place, Alex McCallister, Hannah Pamplico, 29:41; fifth place, Kamryn Evans, Andrews, 30:11.

Green Sea Floyds cross country boys and girls traveled to Conway and will travel to Loris Thursday (with weather permitting) and will begin at 5 p.m.
