This week, several top-ranked local programs suffered losses that ended their seasons, causing the county鈥檚 athletics schedule to shrink substantially as the area鈥檚 fall sports calendar begins to come to a close.
鈥淲hen it finally ended up taking off, we all were just thinking 鈥楧ang, this is awesome鈥欌 it鈥檚 such a cool thing to see because it gives such a great opportunity for the boys who don鈥檛 really care for contact sports, giving them an opportunity to play a fall sport.鈥
