The search resumed Thursday morning for a 21-year-old swimmer who went missing off the coast near 48th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach the night before.
"We鈥檙e looking for any type of information the public may have 鈥 tips, videos, anything you may have to help us with this."
The victim had visible injuries to his back and to his head.
"It鈥檚 still going to be a very dangerous situation as we go through the next 24 to 36 hours."
A pilot and a passenger escaped injury when their small plane crashed into a metal storage building in the Conway area shortly after sunrise on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
"It鈥檚 taken us awhile to get a station back here, but it鈥檚 here, and it鈥檚 here to stay."
